Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking skilled aircraft maintenance personnel to service T-45 aircraft in a hands-on role. You will inspect, repair and maintain flight-critical systems, interpret schematics, document actions, and ensure compliance with Navy, manufacturer and company procedures.

Expect multiple duties, shift rotations, and potential off-site assignments. The position requires 3+ years relevant experience or T-45 OJT completion, DoD CAC eligibility, and a valid driver’s license; readiness to travel

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of repair experience on aircraft systems, components and hydraulics within the last six years or completion of the T-45 OJT program.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read, interpret, and apply drawings, schematics and technical data.
• Familiarity with aircraft tools, drawings, schematics, and safety requirements.
• Ability to meet Government/Company licensing or qualification requirements for the position.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC.
• Willingness to work weekends, different shifts, overtime, and travel as required.
• Complete high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned aircraft per Navy, Manufacturer, and Company instructions.
• Use test equipment and Ground Support Equipment to perform tasks.
• Document work on MAF/OOMA forms and maintain records.
• Adhere to FOD prevention, Tool Control, and safety rules.
• Perform corrosion control cleaning and related tasks.
• May perform off-site service on detachments.
• May require simple computer input and long-term storage maintenance.
• Annotate maintenance actions on aircraft forms and VID systems.
• Stand rotating shifts as required.
