Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in California is seeking a Training Coordinator to ensure Operations and Quality staff are compliant with global, EHS, and job-specific training, and to support Group Leaders as the LMS expert.

You will process training records to ISO13485 and FDA Part 820, onboard new employees, monitor LMS progress, assist ILT in the clean room, and prepare Read/Review and On The Job materials.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication required.
• High level of self-directed initiative, organizational and recordkeeping skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process, track and maintain training and certification records in electronic and hard copy formats in compliance with ISO13485 and FDA Part 820.
• Receive new employees from NEO and assist in on-site general procedures, EH&S, and global production training.
• Ensure training completion within time requirements by reviewing LMS status for all employees.
• Answer LMS users' questions and help them use the systems efficiently.
• Assist in Instructor Led Training (ILT) in the clean room.
• Prepare training documentation for Read and Review and On The Job (OJT) methods.
