Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience with carriers, import/export compliance, or similar distribution work.
• Notary certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Audit shipments for HazMat, correct addresses, and forwarders.
• Coordinate with carriers, customer service and order management.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of shipment documentation.
• Maintain 5S and safety procedures; support continuous improvement initiatives.
