Job summary

Hach, part of Veralto, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in Romeoville, IL. The role involves preparing all shipment documents, ensuring compliance for domestic and international moves, and coordinating with carriers and customer service to meet on-time delivery.

You will work with the Logistics & Transportation team on-site, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime. This position offers growth within a global water-quality leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree in an administrative or business discipline preferred.
• 1 year or more experience with Carriers, Import/Export Compliance, DOT regulations or similar distribution experience.
• Previous experience in a shipping or receiving role preferred.
• Notary certificate or willing and able to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all documentation required to transport shipments.
• Handle Transportation Documents (domestic and international).
• Prepare Export and Hazardous Material Compliance documents.
• Perform pre-shipment activities and post-shipment follow-up.
