Strong technical background across Windows/Linux/Unix with database expertise.
Experience with trading, clearing, and settlement flows in financial services.
Experience in exchange/vendor management and connectivity protocols (FIX).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd/3rd line support for trading and back-office platforms with minimal user disruption.
Own incidents, drive resolution, and manage outages per ITIL.
Collaborate with infrastructure, service desk, development, and business teams.
Manage vendor relationships, exchange upgrades, and client onboarding.
Support new system analysis, implementation, and documentation.
Deliver compliance/exchange reporting and monthly system metrics.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices across support.
