The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join its fast-paced global trademark and brand protection team. You will partner with trademark counsel and stakeholders to protect a leading beauty trademark portfolio and manage a high volume of matters with sound judgment.

The role requires strong domestic and international trademark experience, excellent organization, and the ability to work with attorneys, marketing teams, and outside counsel worldwide.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years of trademark experience, including clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement.
• College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• Proficiency with Saegis or similar search database, IP management systems (IPfolio), Salesforce, Legal Tracker and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct domestic and international trademark clearance searches and draft opinions for attorney review.
• Coordinate filings, prosecution, maintenance, renewals and enforcement activities worldwide.
• Support trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations and investigations.
• Provide guidance to attorneys and business teams on trademark processes and timelines.
• Generate and analyze trademark portfolio reports using IP management systems.
