• 7+ years of trademark experience including clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement.
• Paralegal certification or college degree required; experience with IP platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domestic and international clearance searches and draft opinions.
• Review full trademark search reports and assist in filing strategies.
• Investigate third-party trademark use and assess risks.
• Coordinate filings, renewals, and enforcement activities.
• Prepare portfolio reports and manage related processes.
