Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in the United States seeks a detail-oriented Trade Show Specialist to lead planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international trade shows.

You will partner with marketing, sales, product management, operations, vendors, and event organizers to deliver on-brand experiences that drive engagement and growth. Responsibilities include managing booth logistics, budgets, exhibit design support, samples, freight, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in trade show coordination, event management, or related roles.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, contracts, and project timelines.
• Strong PM and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international trade show participation, including booth reservations, contracts, timelines, registrations, documentation, and schedules.
• Manage trade show logistics from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and branding compliance.
• Collaborate with exhibit houses, vendors, and internal stakeholders on booth design, layout, graphics, furnishings, and readiness.
• Coordinate product samples, demonstrations, displays, marketing collateral, signage, and event supplies to meet deadlines.
• Oversee freight logistics, including carrier coordination, customs paperwork, and packing requirements.
• Develop and distribute detailed trade show plans, communications, and presentations for participants.
• Lead pre-event meetings to align teams on goals, schedules, and operations.
• Maintain trade show content, exhibitor portals, product information, and promotional materials.
• Support pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including emails, web content, and social media.
