Digital Prospectors is seeking a Trade Show Specialist to coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of high-profile industry events. You will work with executives, customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless events.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Onsite responsibilities and vendor coordination are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years in event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Experience in technology or semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and hotel and rooming lists.
• Coordinate vendors and suppliers for collateral, signage, apparel, and demo materials.
• Oversee shipping and logistics for booths, demo equipment, and on-site materials.
• Provide onsite support including registration, badge scanning, catering coordination, and transportation.
• Assist with booth setup and teardown, supply organization, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Support internal communication needs, budget tracking, and asset management.
• Help develop event collateral, presentations, and post-event recaps.
• Maintain event analytics, attendance metrics, and engagement dashboards.
• Support post-event ROI analysis, feedback collection, and insight reporting.
• Manage post-event organization including inventory tracking, shipment returns, and supply restocking.
• Coordinate catering, restaurant reservations, and other event-related logistics as needed.
