Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Show Specialist to lead planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international trade shows.

You will partner with marketing, sales, product management, operations, and vendors to deliver on-brand experiences that engage customers and drive growth. Responsibilities include managing logistics and budgets, coordinating booth design, content, and promotional materials, and supporting post-event reporting and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in trade show coordination, event management, or marketing coordination.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international trade show participation, including booth reservations and schedules.
• Manage logistics from planning to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for booth design, graphics, and setup.
