Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping) for the 2nd shift at our Rockford location. The role focuses on coordinating inbound shipments of components and raw materials, managing a daily shipping schedule and acting as a liaison across departments for transportation and logistics.

The position requires basic math, computer skills, and the ability to read and interpret standard documents. Training and potential overtime are involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills for routine tasks.
• Ability to speak and participate effectively in conversations.
• Ability to read various standard items addressed to general readers.
• Intermediate reasoning and the ability to apply common sense to written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems with several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
• Maintain the daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Act as a liaison between Warehouse and other departments on transportation and logistics.
• Coordinate waste pickup and recycling with the waste hauler.
• Schedule maintenance on forklifts with vendors; track warehouse metrics.
