Job summary

PCI in Rockford, IL is seeking a Distribution Services Administrative professional to process shipment requests, manage paperwork, and coordinate with warehouse teams for proper pick-and-pack and invoicing.

You will work with JDE ERP, generate proforma invoices, track international shipments, prepare monthly shipping reports, and support billing. Associate's degree and 1–3 years experience preferred; strong attention to detail and basic math are essential.

• Basic mathematical and computer skills to perform standard tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process shipment requests and verify information in JDE.
• Prepare required paperwork and ensure proper invoicing and packing.

• Schedule pickups and monitor delivery confirmations for international shipments.
• Prepare monthly shipping metrics and assist with billing procedures.
