Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Licensed Customs Broker (preferred).
• Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (DGR).
• 10+ years of experience managing global supply chain trade programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end program management for customs trade initiatives including Supply Chain Security, Sustainability, Record retention and Compliance programs.
• Drive certification programs (CTPAT, AEO) and support audits by CBP and regulators.
• Liaise with legal during audits and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Develop governance models and expand program domains as business evolves.
• Implement technology solutions to automate processes and reduce costs.
