Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Program Manager to help build and maintain a practical, effective global trade compliance program. You will collaborate with the Legal Compliance team to support policy documentation and to lead workflows for export classification, training, audits and screening.

This role focuses on risk assessments, program improvements, and coordination with product, engineering and legal teams to ensure compliance across US and international regimes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with US export controls and OFAC sanctions.
• Experience with restricted party list screening and end-use controls.
• Experience developing and improving trade compliance programs.
• Ability to implement automated tools and workflows for efficiency.
• Familiarity with export classification processes and ITAR is a plus.
• Experience integrating trade compliance for acquired companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead export classification workflow and documentation with product, offering, engineering and legal teams.
• Support policy and procedure documentation and improve workflows for audits and screenings.
• Develop annual training plans and track attendance and completion.
• Coordinate with teams on M&A integration planning and execution.
• Assist with risk assessments and compliance program improvements.
