Job summary
Honeywell Technologies seeks a senior leader to own the three-year strategy for global trade systems, data models, and logistics interfaces. You will drive automation, governance, and compliant processes across export controls, customs, and trade programs, interfacing with Legal, IT, and business teams.
The role requires transforming and modernizing the SAP ERP and data warehouse stack with platforms like Databricks/Snowflake while tracking KPIs and promoting a touchless, compliant flow of trade
Qualifications
- 7+ years in global trade and logistics operations with leadership bias
- Experience with regulated dangerous goods and global movement
- Export compliance (EAR, ITAR) and free trade agreements
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation in logistics/trade
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
Responsibilities
- Own the three-year strategy for global trade systems architecture, data models, and logistics interfaces
- Evaluate integrations into SAP ERP and enterprise data warehouse
- Identify automation opportunities in FTZs, global bonded warehouses, and other complex zones
- Lead automation programs and data governance to reduce manual intervention and compliance errors
- Collaborate with Logistics Ops, Global Trade, ERP deployment, IT, and GDM teams
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate into automated data requirements
- Provide thought leadership bridging logistics, systems, and compliance to drive solutions
