Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 2, Global Trade to lead the Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions (WIMS) team in the Global Trade Compliance organization. You will guide ITAR/EAR compliance, license work, and process improvements across multiple sites, while mentoring staff and coordinating with Legal and Business Development.

The role requires 8+ years of trade compliance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A Top Secret/SSBI clearance is preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant international trade compliance experience.
Experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ITAR and EAR regulations; ability to classify and license.

Responsibilities

Manages a team of Global Trade professionals.
Oversees transactional compliance with ITAR/EAR; prepares licenses and exemptions.
Drives metrics and provides training on export regulations.
Maintains trade compliance records; coordinates with Law Department on disclosures.
Leads process improvements and interfaces with Business Units and Programs.
