Job summary

Piramal Critical Care in the United States is seeking an Import Export Coordinator to manage compliant import/export activities and documentation. You will work with customers, freight forwarders, and PCC departments to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory adherence.

The role requires knowledge of IMDG/IATA and at least 5 years of international trade experience. Responsibilities include preparing export documents, coordinating shipments, resolving LC issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• IMDG and IATA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export.
• Knowledge of international laws including labeling and documentation.
• Experience with freight forwarders and ocean carriers.
• Ability to read and interpret government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant import/export activities per US and international laws.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare export documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoice).
• Schedule shipments, labeling, inspection, and securing.
• Track orders and communicate delays to PCC management.
• Interface with Planning, Customer Relations, Transportation.
• Inbound receipt of CMO products to US 3PL.
• Manage CMO/export orders to meet requested dates.
