KellyMitchell Group seeks a Logistics Analyst to manage import/export operations for the US, ensuring compliance and efficiency to meet customer and production demands.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining compliant documentation, and auditing team files while staying current on applicable regulations. The role requires collaboration across divisions and readiness for audits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree.
• 3+ years’ experience in Business, Supply Chain, International Commerce, or related field.
• Ability to read and write English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge with data systems: MS Office Suite, ACE, SAP, GTS, Amber Road, OneSource.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with government rules and internal policies.
• Coordinate logistics with regional teams and production planning.
• Arrange shipments (ocean, air, land, rail) with forwarders and brokers.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records.
• Support internal/external audits (USCBP/EPA).
• Process orders accurately for assigned countries/product portfolio.
