Job summary

Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst to establish and implement a company-wide compliance program aligned with import/export laws. The role partners with compliance leadership to facilitate lawful goods movement for Imperative Logistics LLC and Masterpiece clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining policies, supporting government agency relations (CBP, TSA, OFAC, FMC), conducting investigations, administering audits, training staff, and ensuring documentation of

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and at least 3 years compliance experience.
• US Customs Brokers License, CCS or CES preferred.
• Knowledge of CBP, TSA, OFAC and FMC regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and implementing company-wide compliance policies.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities and policy updates.
• Support audits and implement training programs across the organization.
• Provide guidance to employees on import/export compliance requirements.
• Participate in investigations and cooperate with agencies and legal counsel.
