Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Logistics professional to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on reviewing, tracking, and managing export documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

You will collect plant documents, invoices, and BOL drafts, coordinate with external agencies, and monitor deadlines for steamship lines while keeping customers informed. This contract position is based in a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect all plant documents and review for accuracy.
• Collect ancillary documents from outside agencies and other internal support groups and review for accuracy.
• Collect the Commercial invoice and review for accuracy.
• Receive a draft of the BOL from execution and review for accuracy.
• Return to your team a completed document set that has been reviewed for accuracy so that it can be presented to customers.
• Track and monitor steam ship line submittal due dates and submittals.
• Track and report day document drafts are available for customers to review.
• Track and report final documents approved by the customer.
• Track steamship line ETD/ETA and update as needed.
