Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead implementations of Global Trade software for Fortune 500 clients, translating business processes into our solutions and guiding cross-functional teams from design to delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Product Management, and Engineering, participate in requirements sessions, and ensure successful end-to-end deployment of ONESOURCE Global Trade and related modules.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant work experience.
Exposure to Global Trade, Supply Chain, Indirect Tax, or Compliance processes.
Experience with process analysis, design & mapping.
Experience working or integrating with third-party enterprise trade products (e.g. ONESOURCE Global Trade, Integration Point, Descartes).
Technical knowledge of databases and programming languages like C# and/or VB.NET.
10% travel to client sites for kickoff, training, and industry events.

Responsibilities

Interact with Global Trade, Compliance, and Technology professionals in Fortune 500 clients.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and formulate design/solution documentation.
Engage with Product Management & Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Delegate project tasks to team members to ensure delivery of all requirements.
Prepare and execute test scripts and test cases.
Explain system issues and solutions to stakeholders.
Translate client business processes into our solutions.
Take project ownership with limited supervision.
Perform technical or functional roles on medium to large projects.
