Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage complex cross-functional projects, configure applications, and train users across EU and APAC regions. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will support pre-sales activities with software demonstrations and scoping, while ensuring timelines and budgets are met through hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as an implementation and solution consultant on large, cross-functional projects.
• Creating and updating project plans and timelines.
• Timely resolution of customer issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assisting with pre-sales activities and prospect scoping.
• Hands-on in configuring, implementing, and testing applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing rules across EU and APAC.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training; handle configuration and troubleshooting decisions.
• Lead large cross-functional and partner-led implementation projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer issues; collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and partners.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including demos and scoping.
• Customize and configure applications per specifications.
• Design, develop and document project deliverables on time and budget.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation and testing.
