Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive cross-functional, end-to-end system implementations. You will train users, tailor configurations, and coordinate with Product, Sales and Support teams to ensure timely delivery across EU/APAC regions.

Strong problem-solving and the ability to manage complex projects are essential. You will collaborate with partner organizations, contribute to scoping efforts, and support pre-sales demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience as implementation/solution consultant in large cross-functional projects.
• Contributes to project plans and timelines.
• Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Works with Product, Sales, Support and partner orgs.
• Assists with pre-sales activities including demos and scoping.
• Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Customizes and configures applications per specs.
• Designs, develops, and documents project deliverables to timelines and budgets.
• Hands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation and testing.
• 5–8 years of IT integrations and configuration experience, preferably in e-invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing regulations across EU and APAC.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training; make decisions on configuration and troubleshooting.
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) and partner organizations.
• Support pre-sales activities like software demonstrations and scoping.
• Customize and configure applications per agreed specifications.
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with timelines and budgets.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
