Job summary
Reuters is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead implementations of Global Trade software for Fortune 500 clients. You will work closely with Project Managers to capture requirements, draft design and solution documentation, and partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions that translate business processes into our Trade and Compliance platform.
You’ll train customers, execute test scripts, and take project ownership with limited supervision.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software
- Experience translating business processes into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Interact with Global Trade, Compliance, and Technology professionals in Fortune 500 clients
- Lead requirements gathering and formulate design/solution documentation
- Collaborate with Product Management & Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Delegate tasks to project members to ensure delivery of requirements
- Prepare and execute test scripts and test cases
- Explain system issues and solutions to technical staff
- Take project ownership with limited supervision
