Job summary

Sunrise Plastic Enterprise, INC. seeks a Customer Service/Logistics Associate to manage sales orders and export/domestic logistics.

You will enter orders, confirm margins, and coordinate with logistics providers for timely shipments while ensuring accurate export documentation. The role requires strong English and Vietnamese communication, sharp analytical skills, and experience in international trade operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with focus on supply chain, international trade or economics.
• 3+ years global/international trade ops experience including import/export for North America.
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage and export trading.
• ITAR/EAR knowledge and delivery Incoterms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Enter orders promptly and support changes to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Confirm operating margins meet established criteria and verify customer terms.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations to track orders and advise on delays.
• Prepare export and regulatory documentation and issue related invoices and packing lists.
• Resolve shipping or documentation issues and liaise with service providers to improve customer experience.
