Job summary

Sunrise Plastic Enterprise is seeking an Account Manager – Export Sales (Mandarin Speaking) in Houston, TX. The role focuses on developing and growing our international business with Mandarin-speaking customers, distributors, suppliers, and partners.

Mandarin fluency is required, with professional English communication as well. You will lead export sales, manage key accounts, negotiate terms, and coordinate the full export cycle, including logistics and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese – mandatory.
• Strong English proficiency.
• 3–7 years in export sales, international business development, B2B sales, or key account management preferred.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business.
• Experience with Mandarin-speaking customers or markets is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, international shipping, and export documentation.
• Knowledge of international payment terms, including advance payments and letters of credit.

Responsibilities

• Develop export opportunities with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Onboard new customers, distributors, agents, and channel partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and Incoterms.
• Coordinate export order cycle from inquiry to delivery.
• Travel internationally as required to meet customers and attend exhibitions.
• Provide accurate CRM/ERP data and sales forecasts.
