Job summary

FastTek is seeking a Warren, MI based Business Analyst to coordinate export order fulfillment and support global logistics processes. You’ll act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, liaising with Export Operations Managers and multiple teams to resolve issues and ensure timely product delivery.

You will track orders from entry to delivery, manage MVB status, and support reporting and ad hoc analyses using systems like VOM, POMS and VTIMS. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High level of analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate relationship‑building skills with the ability to interact with the customer via email and phone conversations.
• Understand unique customer needs across various countries.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities through various systems such as VOM / ORDER WORKBENCH, POMS, VTIMS, BARS, V‑Logistics - DF Young.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for assigned accounts, including daily interface with subsidiaries, North America Export Operations, Logistics, suppliers, subject matter experts and dealers/distributors in export markets.
• Liaison with Export Operations Managers on order‑to‑delivery issues.
• Track all orders for export markets from Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD).
• Inform and follow up with export customers on order entry issues, changes, and cancellations.
• Update and track MVB status weekly.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, product managers, and markets on product launch changes.
• Prepare manual invoices for MVBs if needed.
• Create OWB user IDs for export dealers and coordinate system access.
