Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in import compliance, customs brokerage, or global trade operations.
• Certification in customs brokerage (CCS) preferred; CES, CIEP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure all import and export activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records for imports/exports, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Import and Export Value Reconciliations.
• Customs Broker Coordination: Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate clearance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise a team of compliance coordinators and lead trainings.
• Risk Management and Audit: Identify and mitigate compliance risks and prepare for audits.
