Larson Maddox partners with a global organization to place a Trade Compliance Manager responsible for leading U.S. import/export compliance programs and advising on customs regulations, trade strategy, and regulatory compliance across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and legal teams.

The role emphasizes developing and executing compliance policies, training, audits, and post-entry reviews, while staying ahead of CBP rules, USMCA/FTA, EAR/ECCN, and licensing requirements to mitigate risk and

Qualifications

4+ years of trade compliance experience focused on import operations.
Deep knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS, origin determinations, USMCA/FTA.
Experience with FTZ, Duty Drawback, AD/CVD, EAR, ECCN and export licensing.

Responsabilités

Manage CBP regulations compliance for import/export programs.
Oversee HTS classification, valuation, origin determinations, USMCA/FTA eligibility.
Support EAR/ECCN, export licensing, and post-entry reviews.
Lead policies, training, audits, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on FTZ, Duty Drawback, AD/CVD, and rulings.
Serve as primary contact for inquiries, audits, investigations.
Monitor regulatory developments and report metrics to leadership.
Track compliance metrics and provide leadership insights.
