Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Global Trade Compliance to lead and continuously improve our import/export and regulatory program across US sites. The role involves guiding on sanctions, tariffs, and classification, plus developing training and conducting compliance audits.

This position supports cross-functional teams and site leadership. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in global trade compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with trade management systems.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of global trade compliance experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of import/export processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with tariff classification, export controls, sanctions, and country of origin.
• Experience with Foreign-Trade Zones or other preferential duty programs.
• Ability to clearly communicate regulatory requirements in writing and training formats.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global import, export, customs, sanctions, embargo, and other government requirements.
• Support tariff classification activities and ECCN determinations.
• Conduct business-partner screening and sanctions reviews; document findings.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training for employees and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct import/export audits, risk assessments, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Review and update trade compliance policies, SOPs, and related controls.
• Lead or support customs partnership programs, including CTPAT and AEO.
• Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and supply chain changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
