Qualifications

• Must have experience with Free Trade Agreement programs, especially USMCA.
• Experience in automotive or base metal industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with import and export laws focusing on U.S. Customs regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
• Develop global trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead product HTS & ECCN classification and export license processes.
• Serve as primary contact for CBP trade compliance inquiries.
