AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customs Entry Specialist II to ensure efficient and compliant processing of international shipments by supporting the customs brokerage team with import documentation preparation, review, and submission. You will verify shipment data, assist with classification, and coordinate with internal teams, clients, carriers, and customs authorities to meet clearance deadlines.

This role may require weekend work on a rotation basis and involves solving discrepancies,

Competenze

3+ years Entry Writing (required).
2+ years Customs House Brokerage (CHB) or Imports (required).
Accurate and rapid data entry with the ability to multi-task.
Proven customer service needs with the ability to problem-solve.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Project a professional image to the customer and to represent AIT in a positive manner.

Mansioni

Administrative tasks in import operations, maintaining revenue from clients and contracted vendors.
File break/down, data entry, photocopying, scanning and some assembling of entries. Import air recoveries, check cutting, and delivery order creation.
