Job summary

The Global Trade Compliance Manager at Dover focuses on U.S. customs and international trade compliance matters, reporting to the Senior Associate Counsel, Global Regulatory Affairs.

You will coordinate with trade and compliance personnel across Dover’s OpCos and drive processes to strengthen compliance and efficiency. Key duties include risk assessments, reviewing classification, import/export processes, and implementing improvements across OpCos.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs and international trade compliance.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across OpCos.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for compliance data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments of the trade compliance program at the OpCo level.
• Review classification, import, and export processes within the OpCos and identify gaps.
• Share best practices among OpCos in classification, import, and export processes.
• Help implement process improvements across OpCos to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
• Create reports in ACE portal and PowerBI for internal review and audits.
• Update training materials for trade compliance tools and train new users.
