Job summary

QAD Inc. is seeking a senior Global Trade Compliance Technical Business Consultant to lead the technical aspects of the North America sales cycle, translating complex compliance needs into live demos, POCs, and compelling executive presentations.

You will partner with the Sales Executive to tailor demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and articulate ROI across industries from manufacturing to high-tech, leveraging AI-driven classification and document processing insights.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in global trade compliance or technical pre-sales roles for GTC software.
• Deep knowledge of FTZ, CBP, IOR, HTS/HS classification, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical dimension of the sales cycle and map requirements to product demos and proofs-of-concept.
• Deliver customized demos and ROI narratives to executives across IT, compliance, and C-suite audiences.
