Job summary

QAD Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record in Global Trade Compliance or FTZ solutions to drive install base growth among enterprise customers.

You will uncover client challenges, tailor solutions, and push for strategic wins across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. The role requires traveling 30–50% and jumping into a fast-paced enterprise software environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Sales/Account Executive experience in Global Trade/FTZ/Compliance.
• Ability to teach customers new insights to drive purchases.
• Experience identifying drivers of a business and tailoring approaches.
• Influence customers to make a decision.
• Self-motivated overachiever with relationship-based closing.
• Familiar with Challenger, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, Sandler methodologies.
• Experience presenting to executives up to C-suite.
• Understanding of marketing and customer acquisition processes.
• Ideal markets: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Trade Logistics, e‑Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Sell QAD Global Trade Compliance & FTZ software to new and existing customers.
• Develop and manage pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Drive the sales process from qualifying to closing.
• Meet and beat sales targets through account acquisition or expansion.
• Keep forecasts and activities up to date with latest data.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to drive deals.
