Qualifications

• Extensive HTS classification and ECCN determination experience for complex manufactured goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global product classification strategy for HTS and ECCN across all product lines, from concept through GA.
• Own critical compliance gates in the PDP: initial ECCN/HTS assessment, full BOM classification, export readiness validation, and post-entry monitoring.
• Identify and drive automation, simplification and process improvements.
• Navigate trade-offs and priorities to meet business objectives.
• Develop, document and maintain operational processes and procedures.
• Collaborate across engineering, commodity management, transportation, tax and legal to align trade compliance with business needs.
• Build communications and training plans to ensure alignment on governance processes.
