Qualifications

10+ years in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or related field with external stakeholders experience.
7+ years of team management with 5+ direct reports.
Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience implementing scalable compliance solutions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Design the WW import product compliance strategy for the organization.
Drive North America import product compliance strategy and operations with the local team.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory developments impacting products worldwide, particularly North America.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to deliver compliance controls.
Design and monitor key compliance and operational metrics.
Utilize strong judgement and data in prioritizing and balancing risk management needs.
Develop team members to meet a high bar in delivering the strategy and succeed in their career goals.
Leverage AI and tech to scale programs efficiently.
