Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Program Manager to build import/export risk management solutions within Global Trade Services. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with legal, logistics, supply chain, engineering and policy teams to mitigate risk across U.S. and international operations.

You will design broker management processes, interact with regulators, develop metrics, and drive scalable controls while mentoring team members and shaping strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance program management, governance, audit, or risk.

Responsibilities

• Set processes for Broker Management activities and liaise with brokers daily.
• Act as main contact for regulators across the Trade space in North America.
• Set objectives and drive improvements with quantified metrics.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to interpret and apply regulations.
• Oversee the rollout of controls and audits, including testing and measurement.
