Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks an International Trade Compliance Manager to lead global trade compliance, export control and sanctions programs. You will set strategic standards, develop policies, train teams and audit programs to ensure adherence to US and international trade laws across regions.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in a related field, 7+ years in trade compliance, and strong data analytics skills, with fluency in Spanish a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in law, business, government or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of international trade compliance regulations (ITAR/EAR, customs).
• Experience with export controls, sanctions, classification, valuation and screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade compliance risk across multiple countries and changing regulations.
• Develop and implement global trade compliance policies and training.
• Lead export controls, sanctions and denied party screening efforts.
• Partner with Legal, IT and regional teams to ensure compliant processes.
• Drive automation and standardized guideline development for trade compliance.
