Job summary

Rochester Sensors LLC, an Amphenol company, seeks a Global Export Compliance Manager in Coppell, TX. You will develop and govern worldwide export compliance, EAR/ITAR/OFAC controls, and licensing processes to support global growth.

The role requires 5+ years in export compliance, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to partner across Engineering, Legal, and Finance while guiding risk-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of export compliance or trade compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC regulations.
• Experience with ECCN determinations and licensing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional compliance initiatives and communicate risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain global trade compliance policies and governance.
• Manage export control classifications for products, software, and data.
• Oversee restricted party screening and sanctions compliance activities.
• Lead global export licensing submissions, disclosures, and audits.
• Conduct enterprise-wide trade compliance risk assessments and monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal to ensure compliant operations.
