Job summary

Ace Hardware seeks an International Trade Compliance Manager to lead import/export compliance, manage documentation and broker relations, and drive global trade programs. You will oversee AES filings, C-TPAT, ISA, and compliance across multiple markets, coordinating with AIH teams in Oak Brook, China, and Global Sales to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export compliance and trade data management.
• Knowledge of AES filing and CBP requirements.
• Experience leading a small team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to broker and suppliers to resolve import compliance issues and ensure timely shipments.
• Assist with new item additions and product maintenance of trade data as needed.
• Act as back-up for product classification for US import/export.
• Educate Ace Hardware suppliers on trade data and government compliance.
• Oversee filing of AES for export shipments.
• Support compliance with US Customs and other agencies.
