Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC seeks a dynamic leader to direct a global trade compliance program spanning imports, exports, sanctions, and forced-labor risk. You will serve as the primary liaison for regulatory audits and disclosures while shaping policies, controls, and governance across multi-continental operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker is required.
• Hands-on expertise with USDA, BIS, OFAC, and EU trade regulators.
• Leadership in forced-labor compliance programs (UFLPA evidence packages, supplier mapping).
• Ability to build trade controls governance infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead global trade compliance strategy and governance across imports, exports, sanctions, and forced-labor risk.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory audits, inquiries, and disclosures.
• Build and maintain compliance systems, policies, and controls.
• Oversee classification, licensing, and reporting for U.S. and foreign regimes.
• Guide risk-based training and organizational change management.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with supply chain, finance, IT, and legal teams.
• Mentor and develop a team of trade compliance professionals.
