Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in trade compliance, customs, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong knowledge of HTS, FTAs, and export controls.
• Experience with global trade systems and audits.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Ability to interpret and apply global trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global SME for trade compliance and mentor regions.
• Lead development and refinement of trade compliance standards and guidelines.
• Oversee classification, valuation, origin, export controls, and related topics.
• Drive global trade audits, investigations and remediation actions.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions and governance reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts across regions.
