Job summary

SiTime in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to own and advance the global export compliance program. You will serve as the primary operational resource, ensuring compliance with EAR, sanctions, and customs regulations while supporting growth and customer responsiveness.

You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR and external advisors to manage classifications, screening, licensing determinations, audits, training, and scalable processes, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in export compliance, global trade compliance, customs compliance, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong working knowledge of EAR, BIS licensing, OFAC, screening, classifications, and licensing.
• Experience with technology, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, or defense-related products.
• Experience managing systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve SiTime's global export compliance program.
• Review export transactions for EAR, OFAC, and other regulations.
• Analyze end-users, end-uses, intermediaries, and destinations for compliance risks.
• Prepare licensing analyses and support license applications.
• Provide guidance to teams on export control requirements.
• Partner with Engineering to determine export classifications.
• Support classification reviews for new products and acquisitions.
• Lead screening and KYC processes and escalation.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure compliant order processing.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for management.
• Deliver training and promote a culture of compliance.
