Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is seeking an experienced trade compliance leader to provide strategic and legal guidance on its US trade compliance program.

The role focuses on EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and related sanctions, with responsibility for building and maintaining comprehensive compliance programs and training across the organization. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to align priorities, develop risk-based controls, and monitor evolving

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and legal guidance for US trade compliance, including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and sanctions programs
• Lead and design trade compliance programs with cross-functional partners across Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Develop and draft strategic export license applications and regulatory filings
• Manage and mentor a global team of trade compliance professionals
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance to mitigate business impact
• Promote and implement trade compliance policies, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
