FlightSafety International is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to manage global export/import compliance, including ITAR/EAR classification, licensing, and declaration reviews. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure regulatory adherence and support continuous process improvements.

The role requires knowledge of 15 CFR/22 CFR, HTSUS, Schedule B, and U.S. export control reforms, with potential travel and security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and/or 2–5 years in a Trade Compliance function.
• Proven working knowledge of ITAR and EAR; HTSUS/Schedule B knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research to determine and assign jurisdiction under ITAR/EAR.
• Classify items for import/export by HTS and Schedule B.
• Maintain records of jurisdiction assignment and classification history.
