The role supports executives and enables cross-cultural collaboration on high-profile tours. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in live music events, strong communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in project management tools

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration for tours of all sizes.
• Gather and manage calendar avails and holds.
• Create and complete tour routings and work on global tours.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
• Generate reports and assist with artist payments and deals.
