Job summary

AEG is seeking a Touring Project Manager to support the successful execution of tours and live events. You will coordinate logistics, planning, and cross-functional communications as a key operational partner to Touring Managers.

You will manage timelines, budgets, settlements, and documentation, while maintaining strong relationships with venues, vendors, and internal departments. Domestic and international travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years in project management, event operations or live entertainment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational execution of tours, events, and live engagements.
• Manage tour logistics, schedules, travel arrangements, and deliverables.
• Track timelines, milestones and budgets for multiple projects.
• Support show advancing, venue coordination, artist requirements and planning.
• Assist with day-of-show settlements and event reconciliation.
• Maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate regularly with artists, managers, promoters, and partners.
