Job summary

Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP of Global Touring & Live Experiences to architect and lead its worldwide touring footprint. You will shape strategy, own the financial performance, and build the operating model to scale across multiple continents.

The role demands hands-on execution, relentless problem-solving, and the ability to launch new markets with strong partnerships. This executive will travel extensively to align partners and venues globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, or large-scale consumer experiences.
• Proven success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major operating function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating business strategy into operational execution.
• Proven ability to build organizations, processes, and commercial partnerships from the ground up.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with venues, partners, suppliers, or strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Nova Sky Stories' global touring and live experiences business.
• Design and implement an operating model with scalable processes and KPIs across markets.
• Lead negotiations with venue partners, promoters, and ticketing partners.
• Build the leadership team and culture to support rapid global growth.
