Job summary

Nova Sky Stories seeks an EVP, Global Touring & Live Experiences to build and lead our multi-continent touring and ticketed experiences business. You will own the strategy, financial performance, and operating model while forging partnerships with venues, promoters, and content partners.

This role demands a hands-on executor who can transform a bold vision into scalable operations, hire leaders, and drive rapid global expansion across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, attractions, sports, festivals, or other large-scale consumer experiences.
• Demonstrated success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major operating function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating business strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nova Sky Stories' global touring and live experiences strategy across markets.
• Build the operating model, governance, KPIs, and processes to support rapid expansion.
• Lead negotiations with venues, promoters, ticketing partners, suppliers, and strategic customers.
• Recruit and develop the leadership team to scale the organization for long-term growth.
• Travel domestically and internationally to establish and nurture partnerships.
